1. BUST WIDTH
Measure with the measuring tape over the bust where it is the largest. The tape measure must not be too tight but not too loose. Check in the mirror that the measuring tape is completely horizontal around the bust and back.
2. WAIST WIDTH
Measure with the measuring tape around the waist where it is the most narrow.. Do not tighten the tape measure, and keep it straight / horizontal.
3. SEAT WIDTH
Measure with the tape measure where it is the widest. About 20 cm below the waist for adults.
4. INSEAM
Inseam is measured from the crotch to the floor. Look at the respective article. Our size guide is based on a body length of 168 cm (plus minus 4 cm).
